I have completed many long disciplines with this Mantra Therapy for Restoration of Dharma and World Peace, since my first one in 2006. Although I was chanting this stack of mantras with the intention of promoting peace in the world, I was intrigued to find that it felt like I was gaining a lot of personal benefit as well.

Chanting this sequence of mantras was easy and enjoyable and takes about 1 hour when chanted along with the CD. Once I became familiar with the mantras, I noticed that when I chanted it without the CD it took less time. But chanting along with Namadeva added potency and was enjoyable.
