Shipping and Returns Policies
Shipping in the USA (Including All 50 States):
Most orders ship within 7 days via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Once the item has shipped, the average delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days.Shipping to Canada:
We ship within 7 days via Priority Mail International for fast and reliable delivery. Once the item has shipped, the average delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 days. Please be aware: Canadian orders may be subject to GST, PST, customs fees/duties and Canada Post service fee at point of delivery. These fees are levied once an order reaches Canada and payment of them is your responsibility. Saraswati Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for details. When ordering from Saraswati Publishing, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all Canadian laws and regulations. International orders may be opened and inspected by customs agents.Shipping Outside the US & Canada:
International orders:
We ship within 7 days via Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International. Average delivery time once shipped is 6 to 10 days. Some countries, particularly INDIA may delay the delivery by as much as 4-5 weeks. Please be aware: You may be subject to import duties, taxes and administrative fees. These fees are levied once an order reaches your country and payment of them is your responsibility. Saraswati Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from one country to another; please contact your local customs office for details. When ordering from Saraswati Publishing, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. - Your satisfaction is important to us.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from shipment.
- Items must be in new, salable condition to receive a refund.
- Shrink wrap may not be removed from CDs or DVDs.
- Defective CDs and DVDs will be exchanged for the same CD or DVD title.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- A 10% restocking charge will be deducted for items over $150.
- Copy of your receipt must be enclosed with return. Please state on it reason for return.
- Send all items to Saraswati Publications, LLC, 6205 Darlene Place SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105-6786.
- Downloads are not refundable.
