This information is used only to process and send orders, and to send you information about Saraswati Publications LLC opportunities. We do not store credit card details. NPII, or non-personally identifiable information, is anonymous data such as web pages you have visited, date and time of page views, domain type, location information associated with your IP address and your interactions to an online ad delivered by us or our ad technology partners who collect this data using such mechanisms as cookies and web beacons.

Automated Information

We may connect information that is automatically gathered with information we already have about you to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us (online, email, telephone, etc.). This information may also be used for internal reporting and analysis purposes.

How Your Information Serves You

When you join us at either at our Saraswati Publications LLC Constant Contact email list or our separate login list on, you become part of our community. Saraswati Publications LLC employs the use of third party analytics services to help us better understand and improve your experience while visiting the Saraswati Publications LLC/ website. These parties place cookies on your computer, which collect information regarding how you landed on our site, how you navigate around it and what you purchase. If you receive an email that looks like it is from Saraswati Publications LLC and it is asking you for personal information please do not reply. We will never ask for your credit card information, username, password or any other personal information over email.

We will retain your information as long as you have an active Saraswati Publications LLC/ account or as needed to provide you with any Saraswati Publications LLC services you requested. Our Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

Data Transfer

For transfers of data to third parties, such transfers will either (i) be under the Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC and 2010/87/EU; or (ii) rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

The only data we transfer is your name, login, country and regional location to Constant Contact, Inc., which provides our eNewsletter service.  Most of that information would have been provided by you directly through the Newsletter app to Constant Contact, Inc. We may update that information or add it upon your request.
